1. Paleokastritsa, Corfu
The north of Corfu is amazing. Most people head to the south of the island for the party scene and the heat, but the most beautiful views are up top, near Kassiopi and Paleokastritsa. It’s a little less crowded, just as warm, and has some of the most turquoise seas I’ve ever seen. I’d get a room near Paleokastritsa (the most beautiful spot), then rent a car so you can explore the rest of the island.
